Coaching process

Coaching is the art of inspiring someone to move toward the right goal. It is a supportive process that helps establish a new way of communicating with oneself and tapping into one’s inner self in order to gain clarity and speed in self-awareness and decision-making. Everyone possesses the necessary means and resources within themselves to face the difficulties that may arise in life. During times of transition or major changes, the necessary perspective often lacks. Seeking support from a professional Tibetan Master Coach in a short-term partnership is a sound investment that yields a return of 6 to 7 times the time, energy, and cost.

The focus is on the process, exploration, and clarification. The outcome depends upon the client’s willingness and ability to become aware and to change. A coaching session can last between 1 and 2 hours.

Neither a psychologist nor a therapist, I define myself as a facilitator, a treasure hunter, or an architect of the invisible. I am responsible for the exploration process and for guiding clients on their inspiring journey toward their selected goal. I provide a supportive structure, professional guidance, and use tailored-made tools in creative ways.

Your contact person is Tenzin W. Drongshar Frapolli (see also “About Tenzin”), a Tibetan Master Coach who graduated from the Geneva Coaching Institute (IDC) and is accredited by the professional organization “International Coaching Federation” (ICF in the United States).
