Tools and reference framework

Coaching tools

  • Standard coaching tools
Such as Maieutics, which is an inspiring and Socratic questioning technique aimed at allowing a person to “give birth”, that is to say, putting into words what he or she has difficulty expressing, feeling, or what he or she has difficulty becoming aware of (emotions, needs, etc.).
  • Co-creation of tailor-made tools according to what is expressed.

My favorite tools:

  • Tales and stories
A story or a tale invented freely and spontaneously in a clear framework, allows us to take a step back and take another look at our path towards the goal and our goal as such.
  • Metaphor, image, drawing
It appeals to the right brain, facilitates spontaneous and creative expression and allows you to work on symbolism and express yourself in a non-rational way.
  • Visualization
Visualizing your goal is a powerful exercise in activating inner resources.

Framework of reference for my work as a coach

  • Solution-oriented
Instead of focusing on the problem, clarification of your goal, focus on what you are already doing effectively and help you amplify it further. This approach is future-focused and allows for new opportunities for change.
  • Buddhist Approach
The mind sometimes tends to produce excessive thoughts and overload the brain. Exercises using the body, speech and imagination offer an excellent alternative to broaden perspectives and find more appropriate solutions.
  • Inclusion approach
The latest scientific results on brain research confirm that only the coherent networking (integration) of physical, emotional and cognitive experiences, taking into account social and physical environmental conditions, enables sustainable change. Our weaknesses and fears should not be excluded, but rather included as important building blocks.
  • Systemic approach
It is based on the premise that we all belong to a complex system of relationships in which unpredictable reactions often develop, especially if this system is to lead to human change. When one element of the system changes, the whole system changes automatically.
