After my studies in St. Gallen, I began my professional career as a secondary school teacher (phil. I) in German-speaking Switzerland. At the same time, I worked for the Swiss Red Cross in helping Tibetan refugees. Then for 7 years, I held the position of Organizational Advisor and Project Coordinator for major Swiss banks (former Swiss Bank Corporation and UBS).

At the Swiss headquarters of a French car importer in Geneva, I was a Project Member for the ISO 9002 certificate which was successfully obtained one month before the deadline. At the HR Service of the Canton of Vaud, I held the position of Organizational Advisor, quickly promoted to head of the Organization Office and also to Project Manager.

Since the beginning of my professional career, my main driving force has been and still remains my real interest in encouraging authentic, ethical and dynamic leadership.
